The boys have really been creative lately and spent much of Monday doing “print screen”, pasting it into paint, cropping it down to the size they want, and then saving it to a file and printing it out. I forgot to add that they also edit their pictures and make them look the way they think they should look. It amazes me how high their comfort level is on the computer – it took me forever to remember all those steps!
That is what our house looked like today!

One other thing…
I can see well what your house looked like today…
Full of imagination, freedom, creativity, exhibiting skills with confidence, expression of what the residents love, and joy.
A life well and joyously lived.

Thank YOU for your lovely comment! It’s nice to know someone is getting something out of what I write here. If you get a chance to roam around, you’ll find that I didn’t start with unschooling but began to do it once school-at-home became a drag. I have my panic attacks once in a while. Am I doing my kids a disservice by not having them pour over books and worksheets? Sometimes a comment by a family member creates a little self-doubt. But almost always, something minutely magical happens here at home and I’m reassured that this is how we’re supposed to be living. The unschooling web ring is a great place to find tons of examples of people who offer inspiration to unschool!
Thanks again for your comment!

It looks like so much fun, and how creative that they make things look the way they “think it should look”. Looks like a great unschooling day to me. 🙂
